Newly appointed AFL-CIO Field Director Sandy Felder at the GBLC Municipal Dinner in November

Sandy Felder, the former president of SEIU Local 509, Regional Director of the AFL- CIO, and a close friend of the Greater Boston Labor Council, was appointed Acting Field Director of the AFL - CIO by President Richard Trumka this week.  As Field Director, Sandy will oversee field operations nationwide.  "Sandy has been and will continue to be a tremendous ally of the GBLC," said ST Rogers.
