Rogers: Supporting Labor

DAVID TUERCK and the folks at the Beacon Hill Institute continue to promote policies that seek to lower the wages and benefits of US workers (“Obama kowtows to labor unions,’’ oped, Oct. 7). President Obama made the “wage gap’’ a central component of his election message. President Obama’s support of project labor agreements reverses the race-to-the-bottom ethos of the Bush administration. Did Tuerck and the Beacon Hill Institute miss the results on Nov. 4, 2008?
